Mismar is an aromatic incense perfume from In Astra, named after the North Star, the point explorers have used to find their way since antiquity.

Perfumer Sofia Bardelli stresses a fresh, lively accord of juniper berries and ginger, a nod to the metallic cold of the geographic north. Because the North Star is in fact a system of several stars, she built the rest on contrast. Woody cypress, a resinous incense and an animalic ambergris each show a different face of the scent, and the incense slowly warms the base.

Mismar sits in the aromatic family and suits winter nights. It is an eau de parfum sold in a 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) bottle. It is also one of the five scents in the Discovery Set.
